Fitilly.com was created by people who want to help non-athletes get into shape. We don’t create content for those who are naturally gifted with great bodies or those who have spend hours in the gym to build a great body. We built this site to help those who have 9-5 jobs, those who have kids, those people who just don’t know how to get started down the path of a fit body.

Our philosophy is this, each day you successful feed your body correctly, each day you spend working out at least for 30 minutes, will lead to 1 additional day you will live. We all want to live longer to enjoy this amazing planet God has created, enjoy time with family, etc. Whatever you find of enjoyment, you can do more of it when you have a healthy eating lifestyle and a fit body.
